OKB Technology Company Limited seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to join the Liquidity Platform and Options Market Making team, designing, developing and operating automated systems across data, pricing, quoting, and risk controls.

You will collaborate with trading, quantitative, and product teams, contributing to end-to-end responsibilities from requirements analysis to production operation while advancing architectural evolution and system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in backend engineering, real-time systems, infrastructure, or trading systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Rust, or C++, with the ability to work in a multilingual codebase.
• Strong CS fundamentals, including OS, network, multithreading, concurrent programming, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in using AI coding tools for requirements analysis, development, testing, and code review.
• Strong analytical skills, business understanding, ownership, and communication in written English.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and operate automated options market making systems covering market data, pricing, quoting, order execution, hedging, positions, and risk controls.
• Work with trading, quantitative, and product teams to translate requirements into reliable production systems.
• Contribute to development of trading systems and improve performance, stability, and maintainability of critical paths.
• Apply AI-native engineering tools to requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and code review while ensuring production safety of generated code.
• Improve testing, monitoring, alerting, and recovery capabilities and participate in incident resolution and post-incident reviews.
• Own the technical design and code review of core modules; lead cross-module projects and architectural evolution.
