Job summary

Kaliba in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Consultant in Professional Services to work directly with customers, translating their sourcing and supplier-management needs into practical platform configurations. This hands-on role blends business analysis with software know-how to deliver tangible improvements.

You will design workflows, set up approvals and permissions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. Experience with REST APIs, Java, and AWS is valued; HK working rights are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in software implementation or business analysis.
• Understanding of sourcing processes, ideally within fashion or retail supply chains.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn customer requirements into practical solutions.
• Confident working directly with business users and technical teams.
• Experience using REST APIs; knowledge of Java and AWS.
• Exposure to workflow design or software configuration.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' sourcing and supplier-management processes.
• Turn requirements into functional designs, workflows and platform configurations.
• Configure approval steps, validation rules, user permissions and module settings.
• Use REST APIs and collaborate with technical teams on integrations.
• Build prototypes for review of workflows before implementation.
• Support UAT and resolve issues before go-live.
• Identify usability improvements and share feedback with Product/Engineering.
• Develop reusable configuration templates and mentor junior consultants.
