Job summary

International Transport Information Systems Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Lead Systems Business Analyst for a capital markets and regulatory platform. You will translate complex workflows into technical specs and API contracts, and work with internal developers and external vendors to deliver scalable web applications and microservices.

The role requires 8+ years of enterprise web experience, solid REST/OpenAPI skills, experience writing test plans and conducting UAT, and a background in banking

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in system analysis or technical business analysis for enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong grounding in microservices, REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and modern web frameworks (SPA).
• Proven experience writing test plans and executing UAT on critical business applications.
• Background in banking, capital markets, or financial compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex listing and compliance workflows into technical specs, API contracts, and user flows.
• Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors to deliver scalable web applications and microservices.
• Drive end-to-end testing, including hands-on UAT execution, to verify system performance, security, and quality.
• Mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder expectations across business and IT units.
• Occasional travel to Shenzhen to sync with regional technical partners.
