Job summary

P & A Consultant Limited in Wan Chai seeks a Senior Sourcing Officer (Construction) to lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier management for project materials and services.

The role requires a diploma or above in related fields, at least 3 years of sourcing experience in construction or project environments, and bilingual English/Chinese communication. You will support cost control and work with project schedules under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in construction, property development, engineering or project-based environments.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
• Good understanding of project schedules, budgets, and procurement processes.
• Good command of English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and cost control for project-related materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
