ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd. seeks a Purchaser / Senior Procurement officer for renovation and fit-out materials. You will prepare quotations, source materials, and place orders for property maintenance and project development, with strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchasing renovation or interior decoration materials, with fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, and the ability to work well in a team.

Formación

• Diploma or above.
• At least 3–5 years of purchasing experience in renovation/furnishings materials for properties.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations, source materials and place orders for property maintenance and project development.
• Prepare and update inventory list for tools and materials across all properties.
• Negotiate with vendors and conduct cost analysis to optimize procurement.
