Glory Global Solutions (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue generation for payment solutions in Hong Kong and Macau. You will pursue gaming markets in Macau and retail/F&B in Hong Kong, build and maintain key client relationships, and collaborate with product, marketing and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (MBA a plus) with 6–8 years in solutions or technology

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 6–8 years of sales experience in solutions or technology sectors.
• Prior experience in solution selling for financial institutions, retail, food & beverage in Hong Kong, or gaming in Macau is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
• Good command of Cantonese and English.
• Holder of a Macau ID card is a plus.
• Senior Sales Manager level for more experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for payment solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Macau gaming markets and HK retail/F&B.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Travel within Hong Kong and Macau as required.
