Job summary

CITIC CLSA in Hong Kong seeks a Sr Solution Architect to lead the front-end trading application within the Market Connectivity team. You will collaborate with business users and other front-office developers to deliver robust software solutions.

The role requires 5–8 years of banking systems experience, strong C# skills, and a solid grasp of agile development. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Chinese is advantageous; WPF knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
5–8 years of banking systems technical experience.
Knowledge of WPF is a plus.
Strong C# development experience.
Experience with Git and JIRA.

Responsibilities

As part of the development delivery team, work very closely with business users, and other front office development and support teams to develop our Market Connectivity platform
Task planning, collect and handle requests from various parties
Continuously review and provide recommendation to improve the system
Liaise with other development teams to agree and document design of interrelated functions
Conduct code review and provide guidance to other team members
Unit testing, functional testing of the developed code
Responsible for timely and quality delivery of software solutions
Ensure full compliance to the firm's and regulatory requirements
