Job summary

MANTRA is seeking a Senior Solidity Developer to lead design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable smart contracts powering our DeFi and blockchain infrastructure. You will own core contract architecture, optimize performance, and ensure robust security practices while collaborating with product teams and engineers.

You will mentor teammates, review code, and stay ahead of evolving Layer 2 and DeFi protocols to deliver production-ready solutions that scale to millions of users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Solidity development experience.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum and EVM internals.
• Experience with security audits and best practices.
• Familiarity with Layer 2 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready smart contracts using Solidity.
• Conduct security audits and implement best practices for contract security.
• Optimize gas efficiency and contract performance.
