Job summary

Leighton Asia in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced site supervisor to coordinate and supervise on-site works for complex projects. You will monitor progress, quality, and safety performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and contracts.

You will review construction drawings and method statements, liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders, and support planning, reporting, handover, and project completion activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of site/contractor experience.
Experience on large-scale building, commercial, or data centre projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and site supervision.
Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Experience with main contractors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise on-site works for project execution.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety to meet specs and contracts.
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Conduct site inspections and support planning, reporting, handover, and project completion.
