Acts Consulting Co. 毅知顧問公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a SFC Responsible Officer to oversee regulatory operations for clients with SFC licenses. The role requires deep knowledge of licensing processes and strong governance experience.

You will manage discretionary accounts operations, liaise with the SFC and related parties, and ensure compliance across front-to-back office functions. Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese are essential to communicate with stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in finance, banking, accounting, economics, business or related studies.
• Over 8 years operation experience in discretionary accounts.
• At least SFC RO 1, 2, and 9 holder.
• Experienced in liaise with SFC.
• With vision and good operation and management skill.
• Familiar with SFC licensing and Type 1,2,9 operation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English, Putonghua and Cantonese.

Responsabilidades
