Job summary
Total Ticketing Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile facilitation, coach cross-functional teams, and champion responsible AI adoption. The role emphasizes practical coaching, strong communication, and hands-on use of AI to improve processes while safeguarding data.
Qualifications
- CSM or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master for software teams.
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to coach across stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.
- Hands-on experience using AI in daily work with careful data handling.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies with high value and productivity.
- Coach development and QA teams on Agile principles and Scrum practice.
- Remove impediments and organisational blockers to maintain flow.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, PM, and Customer Success to refine backlog.
- Promote transparent practices and maintain sprint artifacts.
- Lead and adapt Agile processes to the organisation and AI adoption.
