Accenture seeks an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Module Lead to own end-to-end design and delivery of Payroll solutions within HR transformation programs. You will lead payroll functional design, configuration, integration, and ensure compliant, efficient operations for clients. Location-based in Hong Kong; relocation welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience.
• 3+ full implementation cycles in payroll.
• Experience integrating payroll with Finance and time/attendance systems.
• SF Employee Central Payroll certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Conduct workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate payroll processes into system designs.
• Define and configure payroll schemas, rules, and pay calendars.
• Collaborate with EC and integration teams for seamless data flow.
• Manage end-to-end testing, including simulations and parallel runs.
• Provide guidance on payroll controls, compliance, and post-go-live support.
• Establish best practices and document knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice improvements.
