Qualifications

8+ years of sales leadership experience in high-end retail or premium lifestyle sectors.
Proven track record of guiding teams past revenue goals.
Strong organization, prioritization, and time management.
Existing connections in real estate, design, or architecture are a plus.
Proactive, hands-on leader with negotiation and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

Drive and inspire the sales staff to consistently beat revenue goals.
Set clear performance targets (KPIs), track results, and coach the team.
Build and nurture ties with major clients including interior designers, architects, developers and VIP buyers.
Guide the full sales cycle across retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) markets.
Foster efficient time management and focus on high-value tasks.
Report sales outcomes and forecasts to executive management.
Shape brand image and showroom presence to convert visitors into buyers.
Direct promotional campaigns, events, and brand alliances; track ROI on spend.
