The role requires a proven track record in premium interiors, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of sales and BD in luxury interior design or furnishings.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales and business development initiatives to consistently exceed revenue, profitability, and product-mix targets.
• Champion brand positioning by educating, training, and marketing the value proposition of a new portfolio to key accounts and end-users.
• Maintain high-velocity sales activity while cultivating strong relationships and educating partners on customized products and solutions.
• Formulate and present strategic sales plans and forecasts to management for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Evaluate team capabilities and design tailored individual development plans to optimize sales performance.
• Partner with in-house designers on spatial/design proposals and collaborate seamlessly across departments to achieve corporate objectives.
