Job summary

Songmont Oversea Limited in Hong Kong invites a Store Customer Advisor to be a brand ambassador in-store. You will welcome clients, provide personalized styling, share leather craftsmanship, and build VIP relationships while striving to hit personal and store sales targets.

You will develop VIP clients, use CRM to record preferences, manage clienteling, and perform stock and display duties, while delivering a premium, culturally attentive shopping experience to local and international customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese and English, able to communicate seamlessly with local customers, mainland visitors, and overseas customers.
• 1 year or more experience as an SA in luxury goods, high-end leather goods, or fashion retail; VIP customer management experience preferred.
• Passionate about leather, fashion, and lifestyle aesthetics, with good aesthetic sense and excellent customer service.
• Goal-oriented with stable customer development ability and understanding of long-term customer relationship management.
• Familiar with Hong Kong high-end retail service standards; CRM experience preferred.
• Able to work mall store shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Hold valid Hong Kong work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized styling advice and a premium shopping experience.
• Proactively develop and maintain VIP customers; use CRM to record preferences and conduct clienteling.
• Achieve personal sales KPIs; collaborate with team to meet store targets; cross-sell and upsell.
• Maintain in-store displays and brand standards; manage inventory and stock intake.
• Assist with VIP activities and brand experience event planning and execution.
• Handle after-sales inquiries and respond to customer feedback to maintain brand reputation.
• Work rotating shifts to support daily store operations and maintain store atmosphere.
