Qualifications

• 1 year or above experience in Premium / Luxury Retail
• Experiences in Leather Goods will be a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passionate in retail industry / leather goods
• Fluent Cantonese with good English and Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and premium personalized client experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele
• Understand clients’ preferences and provide thoughtful product recommendations
• Develop long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and clienteling
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
• Share compelling product stories, heritage, craftsmanship, and product knowledge
• Support boutique operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and after-sales service
