Job summary

AIA Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional for the Corporate Solutions governance team to oversee MPF sales conduct compliance and regulatory alignment. You will drive controls across sales initiatives and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Call Centre and Agency to sustain responsible, customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably in business-related subject.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in insurance or banking governance/sales conduct.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in corporate business / group insurance / pension is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MPF-related activities to ensure compliance with IA/MPF guidelines.
• Lead development of controls and governance for sales activities and initiatives.
• Prepare internal/external reports to senior management and regulators as needed.
• Organise regular meetings with sales, operations and second-line departments to resolve issues and improve understanding.
• Provide training and raise staff awareness on MPF sales conduct requirements.
