Qualifications

• Degree holder in business/finance/economics or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant financial industry experience.
• Strong data and analytics background.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Proficient in data visualization with Tableau.
• Good understanding of Private Wealth business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support GCNA Regional Head to develop and agree sales priorities for the year with MH and product teams to achieve annual targets and align with PvB and GCNA strategy.
• Leverage analytics to track and adjust sales focus with inputs from BM and stakeholders.
• Assist sales head to formulate and execute sales plans using integrated tools and tactics.
• Maintain sales discipline through meetings and pipeline reviews.
• Enhance and enable data and analytics capabilities.
• Drive and manage sales campaigns with clear objectives, tracking and post-evaluation.
• Track and improve productivity and efficiency through analytics.
• Develop and execute strategic priorities to achieve team targets.
• Drive IA performance management to create scorecards.
• Partner with CIO and product teams to leverage analytics for product launches.
• Collaborate on book screening for targeted product ideas.
• Lead top client portfolio reviews to deepen relationships.
