Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong seeks an experienced data analytics professional to strengthen GCNA sales performance by converting complex sales, client and market data into timely insights. You will build dashboards, scorecards and repeatable analyses that guide planning, campaigns and product launches while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
• Strong data and analytics background.
• Strong programming skills including Python.
• Proficient in data visualisation including Tableau.
• Good understanding of Private Wealth business.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen sales performance by transforming data into insights for GCNA.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards and analytical frameworks.
• Connect data sources, improve data quality and translate findings into actions.
• Embed data-led decision-making across the sales organisation.
• Support sales strategy, management and performance tracking.
