Qualifications

• Retail banking experience in a branch environment (1.5–4 years).
• Experience managing and growing an assigned client portfolio; selling insurance/investment products to high-net-worth clients.
• IIQE Papers 1-4 completed before start.
• HKSI Papers 1,7,8 completed or equivalent/Exempted status before start.
• MPF examination completed before start.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; Cantonese preferred but understanding Cantonese required for cross-border roles.
• HKIB Certified Banker or other HKIB qualifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and retain clients through portfolio reviews.
• Assess clients’ financial positions, risk appetites, and goals to tailor solutions.
• Grow client base via networking, leads, and targeted campaigns to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver insurance and investment products for high-net-worth clients.
• Plan in-branch and off-site events to raise brand awareness and promote products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal policies with high integrity.
• Mentor junior staff and support branch transformation initiatives.
