Job summary

Hang Seng Bank Limited seeks an Executive Customer Relationship Manager (Cross-boundary) to deliver financial planning to high-net-worth mainlander and offshore clients, and to provide personalized service building lasting relationships. The role targets cross-border opportunities by promoting investment, insurance and banking products.

Strong Mandarin, Cantonese and English communication, and at least two years' selling experience in financial products are required.

Qualifications

University-level education is an advantage.
HKCEE/HKDSE with passes in Chinese and Mathematics or English and Mathematics at Grade E / Level 2 or above.
Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations / HKSI Licensing Examinations.
Fulfilment of competency requirements under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
Minimum of two years' experience in selling investment, insurance and banking products.
Fluency in Mandarin; Cantonese and English are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Provide financial planning services to high-net-worth, mainlander and offshore customers.
Provide personalized service to build and maintain good relationships.
Promote investment, insurance and banking products for new business opportunities.
Manage operational risk and observe policies and compliance requirements.
