TP-Link Corporation Limited is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for Hong Kong Island. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a base salary plus commission structure.

You will support client mandates, source candidates, reach out via LinkedIn and email, and coordinate interviews while building market insights for key accounts. The role offers a dynamic start in a global tech recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• University graduates.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support active client mandates: understand job requirements, company culture and hiring priorities
• Source and identify passive & active candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals and creative Boolean search techniques
• Reach out to potential candidates via LinkedIn InMail, email and phone (with coaching and templates provided)
• Write, format and polish candidate profiles / shortlists for client submission
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients
• Perform market mapping and competitor talent research for key accounts
• Gradually support business development activities (researching target clients, preparing outreach list
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls / video pre-interviews
