Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support a leading Financial Institution’s Corporate Real Estate portfolio in Hong Kong. The role leads end-to-end procurement for workplace, capital projects, and related services, developing sourcing strategies and ensuring compliant governance.

The successful candidate will manage competitive tenders, negotiate commercial terms, mitigate vendor risk, and drive value through strategic sourcing while aligning with regulatory

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• Experience supporting corporate real estate, workplace transformation, or capital projects.
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience in banking/regulated environments is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement strategies for corporate real estate, workplace, fit-out, construction, professional services, furniture, facilities and technology.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and tender evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and ongoing supplier relationship management.
• Ensure governance, compliance and audit readiness across procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
