Job summary

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Computer fields, 8+ years in customer service or product engineering, and be fluent in Cantonese and English.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Computer or relevant disciplines.
• 8+ years of customer service/product engineer experience preferred.
• Strong coordination with multiple parties and subcontractors.
• Excellent Cantonese and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare service documents for projects including drawings, manuals and work instructions.
• Assist on-site installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Support training platforms and deliver service training to customers.
• Record test results and prepare commissioning reports for stakeholders.
