中億豐零碳智城(香港)有限公司 is seeking a senior Quantity Surveyor to independently manage tendering and procurement from cost estimation to submission. You will maintain current market unit rates and oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts, with strong NEC contract experience.

Fluent English and Chinese are required to liaise with clients and subcontractors in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant QS experience in Hong Kong, a QS degree, and professional qualifications such as

Competenze

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant QS experience in Hong Kong.
• Proven ability to handle tendering independently with strong command of current market unit rates.
• Solid experience in NEC contracts; public works project experience is an advantage.
• Professional qualification (MHKIS or MRICS) is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
