Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying and commercial management experience.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong construction contracts and commercial practices.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead full spectrum of pre-contract and post-contract QS functions.
Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
Review tender documents, specs and contract conditions to identify risks and opportunities.
Manage subcontract procurement, tender analysis, bid evaluation and award recommendations.
Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Prepare, negotiate and agree variation orders, claims and final accounts with clients and contractors.
Monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, profitability and cashflow.
