China Railway Construction Group Corporation Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead end-to-end tendering and procurement for major projects, ensuring commercial compliance and value.

The role involves supervising subcontractor selection, optimizing regional supplier databases, and delivering market intelligence reports to senior management. Immediate availability is highly valued, with strong English and Chinese skills and independence under pressure.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
8+ years in tendering and procurement work.
Chartered Member of the HKIS or RICS would be an advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and under pressure, with good team collaboration spirit.

Responsabilidades

Lead and oversee the end-to-end tendering and procurement lifecycle for construction projects to ensure commercial compliance and efficiency.
Orchestrate subcontractor selection and resource allocation during the pre-bidding phase, ensuring technical alignment and cost competitiveness.
Identify, vet, and onboard premium subcontractor resources; manage and optimize the regional subcontractor database in Hong Kong.
Drive market research on regional resources to generate strategic market intelligence reports for senior management.
Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
