Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA or Quality Engineering.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA governance and testing practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Act as the quality lead across multiple technology and digital initiatives, ensuring solutions meet requirements, standards, and release criteria.
• Review requirements, user stories, specs, and docs to identify test scenarios, risks, and coverage gaps.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, cases, and execution schedules aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation.
• Monitor, track, and report testing progress, quality metrics, defects, and release readiness to stakeholders.
