Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is partnering with a leading organisation in Hong Kong to hire a Senior QA Lead for a 12-month extendable contract. The role requires ownership of QA across mobile and digital platforms, defining strategy, and delivering high-quality products on iOS, Android, web, APIs, and backend systems.

You will drive test planning, automation initiatives, and ensure release readiness while mentoring QA engineers and collaborating with product, development, and architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Senior QA Lead or equivalent with proven leadership experience.
• Strong background in testing mobile apps and digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with test automation across mobile, web, and API tests.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Proficient in defect tracking and release management using Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the QA strategy, standards, and quality frameworks across mobile and digital platforms.
• Manage end-to-end test planning, estimation, execution, reporting, and release readiness.
• Lead testing across iOS/Android, web, APIs, and backend systems.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, cases, regression suites, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive adoption of test automation across all testing domains.
• Mentor and develop QA engineers to uphold delivery standards.
