Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking a QA Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance for core insurance platforms and digital products. You will design test strategies, manage onshore and offshore teams, and push for automation to improve release velocity and quality.

The role requires 5+ years in software testing, 2+ years in leadership, and strong knowledge of Insurance workflows. English and Cantonese fluency are essential, with Mandarin valued, in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software testing experience with 2+ years leading QA teams.
• QA background within Financial Services or Fintech, with knowledge of Core Insurance workflow.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test strategies and master test plans.
• Champion advanced test automation frameworks to reduce regression bottlenecks.
• Perform root-cause analysis and deliver high-impact quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate onshore and offshore testing squads.
• Partner with product owners, BAs, and developers to ensure flawless requirements.
• Ensure production-bound releases adhere to financial regulations and security standards.
