Job summary

Kowloon Cricket Club is seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to lead end-to-end sourcing for F&B and related club items in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes strong inventory control, quotations, and supplier negotiations, with responsibilities spanning purchasing, receiving, and records management.

The successful candidate will bring 3+ years in hospitality or club procurement, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English and Cantonese. Health and facilities benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in private club, hotel, or F&B sector.
• Proficiency in inventory systems and MS Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations, prepare price comparisons, negotiate commercial terms, and process purchase orders.


• Oversee inventory and stock control, including conducting monthly stock takes and ensuring smooth supply distribution to outlets.


• Supervise the receiving and storekeeping team to ensure accurate goods inspection, stock rotation (FIFO), and proper storeroom standards


• Maintain thorough procurement records and assist the Purchasing Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
