Job summary

Headshot Recruitment Limited is seeking a Project Manager/Senior PM for major building projects in Hong Kong. You will lead project delivery for a main contractor, with responsibility for schedule, cost, and coordination across design teams and site operations.

The role requires extensive experience in building projects, a strong commercial and contractual mindset, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. A competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Project Manager, Building Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management for building projects ( for Senior Project Manager)
• At least 8 years of experience in project management and execution ( for Project Manager)
• Professional Qualification is required but not necessary
• Good commercial and contractual acumen
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
