Job summary

Tai Cheung Properties Limited is seeking a technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead site operations for high-end private residential buildings in Hong Kong. You will report to the Project In-Charge or Head of Construction and assume full responsibility for programme, cost, quality and safety.

You will plan and manage day-to-day site activities from foundations to handover, supervise subcontractors, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher diploma in Building, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 15+ years of relevant building construction experience in Hong Kong, including at least 7 years as Project Manager.
• At least 3 projects completed to OP in a PM role (mandatory).
• Proven track record in multi-storey private residential developments and handover to purchasers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver works on programme and within budget, ensuring quality and safety with zero major incidents.
• Plan, organize and manage day-to-day site activities from foundations to building envelope and services.
• Prepare and implement detailed construction programmes, monitor progress and recover from delays.
• Supervise subcontractors, monitor manpower, productivity, and workmanship; ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project costs, variations and subcontractor payments; implement cost-control measures.
• Review drawings and methods, resolve interfaces and ensure compliance with drawings and specs for inspections and handover.
