Qualifications

• 15 years' practical experience managing full operation of civil or building construction projects (private/public sector).
• Proven experience in project management for large-scale civil/building projects.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Manage project to meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Develop cost plans, allocate resources, monitor progress and variations.
• Prepare master programmes and progress schedules for approval.
• Organize construction activities and procurement per contract requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality systems, and liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities.
