Job summary

Wilber & Associates Limited is hiring a Project Manager for an interior design and build company in Hong Kong. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors and colleagues, monitor construction progress and ensure delivery meets timeline, cost, and quality requirements.

The role requires a degree or diploma in project/construction management, 5–8 years’ experience in interior design and build, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree/IVE/Diploma in project/construction management, building, or engineering services.
• 5-8 years' experience in interior design and build.
• Proficient in cost estimating and budget planning; hands-on site management.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client, subcontractors and colleagues; monitor and control construction progress to fulfil timeline, cost budget, and quality requirements.
• Chair site meetings; prepare/monitor related records and submission of documentation (site progress report, defect report, etc.).
