Collaborating with a Leading Financial Services Organization, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager (1-Year Contract, Rolling) to support a Multi-Year Digital Transformation Programme, focusing on customer-facing platforms and China Digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and UX/UI designers to define and deliver digital solutions (mobile).
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle, from design thinking workshops to implementation.
• Drive user journey mapping and frontend/mobile enhancements to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business, design, and technology.

Requirements
