Role Purpose
The Business Analyst / Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the design, delivery and implementation of strategic business transformation initiatives across multiple North Asia markets.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and local market representatives, this role is responsible for translating business objectives into clear requirements, practical processes and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong business analysis and project delivery skills with the ability to work autonomously, navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across a complex regional environment.
This position is well suited to someone with a consulting, transformation, business analysis or project management background who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment and driving outcomes with limited direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives and opportunities, translating these into clear business requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather, validate and refine requirements across multiple business functions.
- Analyse current‑state processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and user experience.
- Develop and maintain key project artefacts, including business requirements, process maps, user stories, operating models and decision logs.
- Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on business needs, operational impact and implementation feasibility.
2. Business & Technology Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams.
- Clearly communicate business requirements and desired outcomes to support effective solution design and delivery.
- Work closely with technology teams throughout the project lifecycle to provide guidance, clarification and feedback.
- Monitor delivery progress against agreed requirements and identify risks, dependencies or scope changes.
- Support issue resolution and help balance business priorities with technical constraints.
3. Project Delivery & Implementation
- Support end‑to‑end project delivery across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and action trackers.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
- Track project progress, proactively identify roadblocks and drive actions through to completion.
- Support implementation planning, business readiness activities and post‑launch stabilisation where required.
4. Testing & Business Readiness
- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Define test scenarios and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Manage defects, support resolution activities and coordinate retesting.
- Support operational readiness activities, including process validation, training coordination and adoption planning.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
- Build strong relationships across regional teams, local markets and support functions.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and ensure alignment across project objectives and priorities.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology teams and provide regular status updates.
- Support change management and adoption initiatives to maximise project success.
- Escalate risks, issues and decision points requiring leadership attention.
6. Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project governance documentation, RAID logs and status reports.
- Prepare materials for project governance forums, steering committees and leadership reviews.
- Track decisions, actions and key dependencies across workstreams.
- Support leadership reporting and project performance monitoring.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Consulting, Transformation, Digital, Customer Experience, CRM, Retail Operations or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience working between business and technology teams to deliver business solutions and change initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage projects or workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where priorities and requirements may evolve.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple functions, markets or regions.
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or similar platforms.
- Consulting experience gained within a management consulting firm or internal transformation function.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, customer experience, CRM, retail or operational improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting or data‑driven decision‑making.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, POS systems or customer‑facing technologies.
- Experience delivering projects across multiple countries or regional organisations.
- Experience within luxury retail, consumer goods, beauty, fashion or premium brands.
- Working proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean.

The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery. Experience in loyalty programmes is welcomed but is not a requirement for success in the role.
