Job summary

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co Ltd seeks a Training & Programme Coordinator to lead Cyberport Academy activities across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats in Hong Kong. You will oversee planning, logistics, learner enrollment, onboarding, attendance, and evaluation to meet KPI targets.

You will collaborate with internal teams, trainers, partners and vendors to develop and enhance programmes, while supporting marketing and promotion materials; LMS and portal content will be regularly

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project coordination and talent development initiatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
  • Excellent command of effective English and Chinese writing.
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver Cyberport Academy training programmes and learning activities in person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Manage end-to-end programme operations including planning, logistics, learner enrollment, onboarding, attendance, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, trainers, academic institutions, industry partners, startups, professional organisations and service providers for programme development and enhancement.
  • Support programme marketing initiatives, including promotion materials, eDMs, social media content, videos and event collateral; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial.
  • Maintain Cyberport Academy portal content and administer the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Prepare and maintain programme documentation, participant records and reports in compliance with policies and quality standards.
  • Provide on-site and virtual event support to ensure a seamless participant experience and professional programme execution.
  • Undertake ad hoc and special project duties as assigned.
  • The position is a 12-month temporary contract; renewal depends on performance and operation needs.

Job description

Coordinate and deliver Cyberport Academy training programmes and learning activities in person, virtual (via ZOOM or MS Teams), and hybrid formats, including seminars, workshops, boot camps, competitions, and networking events, and other talent development initiatives targeting tech start-ups, professionals, corporates and the public.

Manage end-to-end programme operations, including planning, logistics, learner enrollment, onboarding, attendance management, stakeholder coordination, evaluation, and post-programme follow-up to achieve programme objectives and KPI targets.

Collaborate with internal departments, trainers, academic institutions, industry partners, start-ups, professional organisations, and service providers to support programme development, implementation and continuous enhancement.

Support the design and execution of programme marketing initiatives, including promotion materials, eDMs, social media content, whatsapp communications, videos and event collateral. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia to develop promotion visual, video, eDM, whatsapp post will be an advantage.

Manage and maintain Cyberport Academy portal content, ensuring timely updates and accuracy of information.

Administer and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including course content, learner records, and system configurations.

Prepare and maintain programme documentation, participant records, reports, evaluations in compliance with Cyberport's policies, governance requirements and quality standards.

Provide on-site and virtual event support, ensuring a seamless participant experience and professional programme execution.

Undertake other ad hoc and special projects duties as assigned.

Requirements
