Job summary

Junior Achievement Hong Kong is a registered charity and member of JA Worldwide, empowering youth through experiential learning in entrepreneurship, career readiness and financial health. The Senior Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program delivery, lead a small team, and train business volunteers to deliver high-quality learning experiences for students across events and programs.

This role emphasizes program quality, stakeholder relationships, and the execution of learning outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written & oral).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong team player with organisational, problem-solving and PM skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave).
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Program Manager role.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager with JA Hong Kong will be responsible for the quality end to end delivery of JA programs which includes the following responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of program operations, administration, and relationships with different stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team dedicated to program delivery and support
• Engage and train business volunteers to work with students in the program
• Plan and execute the program and related events
• Assure quality of the program and delivery of the agreed learning outcomes

Requirements

• Degree holder or above
• Preferably with 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) - both written & oral
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong team player, detail-oriented with good organisation, problem solving and project management skills
• Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Program Manager role
