Job summary

Junior Achievement Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Program Manager to ensure high-quality, end-to-end delivery of JA programs. You will oversee program operations, administration and relationships with stakeholders, and lead a small delivery team.

You will train and mobilize business volunteers, plan events, and assure learning outcomes. Degree holder with 10+ years' experience, fluent in English and Cantonese, and strong facilitation and project management skills are required; Saturday work may

Qualifications

Degree holder or above.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in English and Cantonese.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
Strong team player, detail-oriented with good organisation, problem solving and project management skills.
Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave).
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Program Manager role.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of program operations, administration, and relationships with different stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team dedicated to program delivery and support
Engage and train business volunteers to work with students in the program
Plan and execute the program and related events
Assure quality of the program and delivery of the agreed learning outcomes
