Job summary

Young Entrepreneurs Development Council Limited is seeking an organized Senior Program Coordinator or Program Coordinator to lead operation-wide planning for youth programs and events in Hong Kong. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of work experience in youth program operations, project coordination, event management, or corporate communication; candidates with less experience will be considered for the Program Coordinator role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint, and social media platforms for outreach coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, maturity, and ability to manage tight timelines across multiple moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operational planning, logistics, and scheduling for youth programs and events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to build and maintain strategic relationships with advocates, partner organizations, and internal teams.
• Track project deliverables, prepare event materials, manage logistics, and assist with budget planning and resource allocation.
• Facilitate clear, ongoing communication between internal teams and external collaborators to ensure smooth run-of-show for all activities.
• Handle program documentation, liaison, administrative tracking, and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
