Job summary

HKBN is seeking a Sr. Manager/Associate Director for Product and Vendor Management focusing on Apple solutions. The role entails managing the product life cycle of Apple-related offerings and building strong vendor relationships to optimize sourcing and pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or IT.
• Strong understanding of Apple product portfolio and ecosystem is advantageous.
• Experience in reselling Apple products or within an Apple authorized reseller environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the product life cycle of Apple solutions from planning to delivery.
• Manage the product portfolio and provide Apple solutions to residential and enterprise markets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Apple and other vendors to optimize sourcing, pricing, and availability.
• Identify opportunities to expand the reselling business of Apple Solutions products.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to tablet, laptop and mobile products.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to progress product/platform development.
