Job summary

ConnectedSolutions is seeking a Technical Product Owner on a 1-year contract in Hong Kong to drive delivery of digital products and platform initiatives. You will define roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, and translate business needs into user stories.

You will collaborate with development, QA and API teams, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery including sprint planning, testing coordination, and releases. English communication is essential; Cantonese is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in Product Owner/BA or similar product delivery role.
• Experience delivering digital products, platforms, or rewards/loyalty solutions is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product development lifecycle.
• Comfortable with developers, QA teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to APIs, system integrations, or technical product environments.
• Strong English communication; Cantonese desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and deliverables.
• Map and improve customer journeys to enhance user experience.
• Work with technical teams on API-related requirements, integrations, and dependencies.
• Act as the bridge between Product, Development, and Testing teams.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including sprint planning, testing coordination, release preparation, and issue resolution.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams.
