Job summary

OKX is seeking a Trading Product Director to drive growth and execution of crypto trading products. You will work with engineering, design, marketing and BD to define strategy, prioritize features and deliver outstanding user experiences.

The role requires deep crypto knowledge, strong data analytics, and the ability to manage complex product roadmaps, risk controls and regulatory considerations across multiple product lines.

Qualifications

• Strong product management skills in crypto/trading platforms
• Derivatives product knowledge: futures, options, margining
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
• Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset
• Technical fluency with exchange systems and blockchain concepts

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for crypto trading products across Spot, Margin, Futures, Perpetuals and Options
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, risk and legal to deliver compliant features
• Drive trading UX improvements and modular design for web and mobile
• Manage liquidity parameters, fees, and risk controls in line with market needs
• Engage with institutional clients, market makers and partners to gather requirements
• Contribute to platform evolution including cross-border distribution and tokenized RWAs
