Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager/Director for Institutional Product to lead custody, brokerage, and incentive programs, driving growth in client adoption, trading volume, and revenue. You will partner with engineering, operations, sales, compliance, and external service providers to ship complex features trusted by institutional counterparties.

Ideal candidates have crypto exchange PM experience in custody or related traditional finance collateral solutions, with strong skills in

Qualifications

PM experience at a crypto exchange on Custody OES, or custody/Collateral/CCP solutions background.
Deep market knowledge of institutional crypto markets and end-to-end custody/execution/settlement.
Experience leading strategic reviews and translating client feedback into product initiatives.
Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive decisions in a global team.
Hands-on use of AI tools for market research or product ops.

Responsibilities

Define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES; grow client and partner base.
Own fee schedules and incentive programs; balance market dynamics with strategy.
Develop ROI-focused business cases for investments and quantify revenue impact.
Communicate strategy and trade-offs to leadership and institutional clients.
Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship changes across jurisdictions.
