Job summary

Vistra in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Associate, Trust Administration to join our Private Client team. This full-time role supports Trust Relationship Managers and delivers a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.

You will coordinate with service providers, process documents, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of trust administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime.

Responsibilities

• Support Trust Relationship Managers by delivering a full suite of trust and corporate services to clients.
• Facilitate and coordinate with different service providers and professional advisors to complete client’s requests and instructions.
• Processing of bank account opening documents, credit facilities, insurance transfer/purchase documents, distribution requests.
• Conduct administrative reviews on existing trust and company structures such as periodic reviews and transaction monitoring.
• Comply with the Group’s internal control and audit standards.
• Participate in ad hoc projects or matters.
