Job summary

AIA is seeking a senior professional to lead the Digital Platforms portfolio, overseeing program delivery and platform management. You will provide governance over projects delivered by BAU and vendors, and partner with executives to shape strategic roadmaps.

You will mentor teams of business analysts and project managers, drive customer-centric digital initiatives, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery with strong governance across Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of digital delivery, project management, SDLC with a focus on digital projects and platforms.
• Proven track record leading and managing a team of business analysts, project managers and engaging with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Self-motivated, action‑and‑result oriented, team player, and demonstrable ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of digital platform initiatives and BAU to provide a single view of the strategic roadmap.
• Lead and coach a team of technology business analysts and project managers to deliver high‑quality digital solutions across multiple initiatives.
• Conduct impact analyses and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives.
• Provide leadership, support and guidance to business analysts and other team members.
• Engage with senior C‑level and director stakeholders to understand strategy, articulate options, evaluate trade‑offs, and influence decisions.
• Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
