Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in digital/IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or related fields.
- Experience advising senior management on technology strategy, operating models, and portfolio performance.
- Understanding of capability-based planning, product management, Agile/Lean delivery, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Bank's digital and AI strategy in alignment with corporate priorities.
- Lead long-term IT strategic planning and capability development across domains.
- Engage with senior management to translate strategies into long-term roadmaps and roadmaps.
- Promote standardized business processes and governance for enterprise solutions across departments.
- Drive governance, portfolio performance, benefits realization, and organizational change.
