Job summary

AIA is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture initiatives across IT and business domains in Hong Kong. The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and integrated solutions aligned with our strategic goals and technology governance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design robust architectures, enforce standards, and drive innovation that delivers measurable business value while advancing overall technology maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive enterprise/solution architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive solution architecture and design across IT and business domains to meet scalability, integration, availability, and performance requirements.
• Participate in architecture governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to apply integration patterns across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Promote scalable and reliable architectural solutions and contribute to strategic architecture decisions.
• Support architecture quality initiatives and establish architecture patterns and guidelines across teams.
• Develop options for stakeholders and align technology solutions with business objectives and risk management.
