Hang Seng Bank is seeking a high-caliber professional to join Retail Distribution – Branch Network RBW as Prestige Private Wealth Centre Team Head II, reporting to Branch Manager. The role focuses on leading Prestige Private RMs, developing localized sales and marketing strategies, monitoring KPIs, and delivering exceptional wealth management services to high-net-worth, mainlander and offshore customers.

Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in managing high net worth portfolios is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Prestige Private RMs and manage the centre to achieve KPIs.
• Organize promotional activities to acquire new business.
• Monitor sales process to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Coach team on product/investment knowledge and selling skills.
• Develop mechanisms to monitor sales quality and risk controls.
• Set targets and monitor progress regularly.
• Drive initiatives to streamline procedures and enhance service.
